The thing about drowning is you can scream as loud as you want for help but no one will be able to help you…because drowning is silent.

You need to be seen in order to be helped.

That's what Chief Moms feels like, a place to be and feel seen.

It was very cathartic to write here and I hope more moms feel like they can be seen.

And trust me, there are times even as a therapist, knowing all the coping skills in my handbook, that I still feel like I'm drowning. That post is for another time.
